Journey to the West in Twi!!

What could these creators be up to producing a local version of Journey to the West? It’s a bit of a dilenma wondering what quest this production seeks to achieve in the direction it has chosen.
From reports the movie had been translated to a local language, twi for  the consumption of the native Ghanaian. The production has followed in the steps of the famous telenovela series, kumkum.....
