Selena Gomez reportedly spent the last two weeks, starting from January 5th, in New York, where she completed a treatment program for issues relating to depression and anxiety.
According to the Blast, the 25-year-old singer took part in therapy sessions, healthy eating and Pilates and meditation classes for two weeks.

Sources close to Gomez tell The Blast that the singer flew to New York on January 6 (see photo at bottom) where she stayed at an on-site treatment center.
Our sources say Selena focused on therapy, eating healthy meals cooked by an on-site chef, pilates, and meditation.
During her time there, we’re told Gomez was allowed to keep her phone and come and go as she pleased; she even conducted business in the New York area (see photo below).
We are told the last few months have been tough on Selena — including her kidney transplant and family issues — and she decided she needed “to take care of herself.”
Selena felt the experience was positive and considered it “a tune-up.” We’re told she plans to return again later this year.
Our sources say Justin Bieber was both aware and supportive of Gomez’s choice to focus on her health.
Selena is back in Los Angeles and was spotted on Wednesday night with Bieber.
Selena and Justin have been very into church recently and you can see that the sweatshirt Selena was wearing when she left for treatment had a bible verse on the back: “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”
